No good
I should have spent money and gotten better tape. This stuff is junk. Does not stay stuck very long. Comes off easily. I didn’t really realize it until I had some from my rehab clinic put on my arm. That stuff stayed in place for 3 days, even after showering! Read more

This tape worked great! But maybe a little too great. It was painful to take off, and that could be because of dry skin, and I’m older so maybe my skin is a little more sensitive. Otherwise, it did the trick to relieve muscle aches. Read more

Good tape. I think it was pretty good, good stretch and felt comfortable. however, my skin was not a fan and I don't think I can personally use it. It left me all red and hurts to touch, really irritated my wrist. But my husband and his brother can get use from it so it all worked out. Just not for me haha lol regardless I still recommend if your not sensitive to the adhesive lol. Also really liked it had came in different colors just a little neat, adhesive was really good it lasted all day. Read more
