These are by far the best shrink wraps I have found for lip balm
These are by far the best shrink wraps I have found for lip balm. I've sometimes been stuck with the single whole length vertical perforation which makes no sense. These are great! A dual perforation just at the cap, both vertical and horizontal. Easy to get off and the remaining wrap protects the labeling. Just as it should be. Thanks. See you again! Read more
