I have a Mastador that gets frequent ear infections so keeping her ears clean is a Must! These really help that task without having to wrestle a 115lb dog to clean her ears . Losing a star for a quality issue. I was under the impression that the sticks were made of bamboo thus were a superior quality than ordinary q-tips. They are not.. They broke easily when attempting to clean our dog’s ears. Read more

What I truly like about these Cotton Swabs is that the 6” long stem is BAMBOO, a much more durable stem than the hardwood stems offered on some brands. These make the cleaning of my pistols a breeze. Read more
I have no training or expertise in confirming these cotton swabs are of veterinary quality, but I will say they look as good or better than the ones I've seen my vet use and work fantastically compared to the OTC ear swabs found at the big box pet stores. Given the swab is built on a wooden stick, I was concerned that the end of the stick might feel sharp or pointy through the end of the swab. To my delight, the swab is firm and cushiony but without being to thing to feel the stick underneath. Further, the length of the swab portion is a good 2" - tapered from shaft to tip - which provides and exceptional amount of surface area for cleaning the anatomy of a dog's ear. As a beagle owner, our fur baby is prone to ear infections. These are, hands-down, the best swabs we've found and do a fantastic job of cleaning out any ear gunk without undue discomfort to the animal. The swabs come divided among several resealable packs which I particularly appreciated as it eliminates the need to expose (and potentially contaminate) the full quantity when you only need to grab just a few. Without a doubt, these will be our regular swabs from now on. We couldn't be more pleased with their construction and performance. I'm certain they will continue to keep our beagle's ears clean - which will help reduce the potential for ear infections. Highly recommend. Read more
These are very large. I would not put in dog ears might cause injury. Maybe I can use for some cleaning. Cost to much to return. Read more
These are great for cleaning out Sasquatch ears. Thick cotton and wrapped top 1.5" or so. So far the wooden handles seem strong. Ears aren't so much a problem in the dryer winter months but come the humid days of summer these will be very useful to keep yeti's ears clean. Read more
