Too soon to tell if it will stand the test of time, but I've had it a couple of weeks and so far so good. It's a great little piece. It fits well in the corner of a small water closet (toilet only). Holds a couple rolls of TP on each of the bottom two shelves, the top shelf can hold some small decorative item and the middle shelf is a place to set my phone when it's time to put it down. It seems sturdy enough for what it is, but I wouldn't expect it to hold a set of dumbbells. It's made for light use and seems to perform admirably at it. My experience putting it together was fine as well. Agree with another reviewer who said get all the screws started first, then tighten once they're all in place. One or two screw holes in the receiving pieces seemed offset to begin with, but once I got all of them started, then went back to finish, they all tightened snug like they should - no gaps between pieces, and the legs and each shelf were level once I was done. I bought this shelf for my shower supplies and I am very pleased. It came all ready to be assembled. Happily, my husband volunteered. It came with extra screws and a little Allen wrench especially made for this shelf unit. Put together, it's wonderful. I wish at least one of the shelves were taller to allow for those tall shampoo bottles, but overall, I'm thrilled with the shelf. It's attractive, well made, sturdy and just the right size for a corner shower. It goes well with my bamboo shower seat too. I towel dry it if it gets soaked, but it takes the water without looking damaged or stained at all. Good investment. Read more

So i received this and in good conditions. Like some mention the instructions can be better. Only advice i can give is to make sure that all the bevelled holes face right side while only 4 face the left side. This is critical because the holes on the shelves face right because of all the predrilled holes! Also make sure that the screws holding the two legs are not screwed in all the way as this can help you adjust the shelf when you install it. Also be careful as the screws can go in at an angle and crack the outside of the curve shelf (i did that by accident). There is no going back once it is in. Dont even try to take it out and do it again. Once done it looks great. Tighten all screws slowly. Do not over tighten. Keep it out of shower room as the moisture from your shower will cause the bamboo to rot due to lack of ventilation. I put mine next to the toilet so i can put a small plant on to level and the rest either toilet paper or wet wipes or anything small. Read more

Looks nice, seems very solid. A snap to put together, but I will nod to the other reviewers who mentioned needing to look closely at the pictures because the "instructions" weren't much help. Took me all of 20 minutes, and one tip you should know if you have ever assembled a similar item. Never tighten your screws all the way until the whole thing is loosely put together. Then go around the screws making each one snug, and then take a third lap around all of them to make them tight. If you follow that simple pattern, you will never have issues with holes not lining up etc. When you are talking cheap bamboo screw together furniture, don't expect it to be Ikea tolerances. Give it a chance to move a little at first, and you might be surprised how well things fit when you get it tightened up evenly. What an absolute pain in the *** to assemble! The predrilled pilot holes were off center, too narrow, and not remotely deep enough to handle the size screws that were provided. Size does look (and is) small, but it is accurate to the dimensions provided and fits the space I needed it for. The bottom leg "support" is more like a kickstand and does not quite reach the floor, so I probably won't be putting anything too heavy on the shelf. The reviews about mold after putting it in the shower...even if it did say it could go in the shower (which it doesn't), that's on you for actually putting any bamboo products in the shower without thoroughly drying them off every time afterwards; it's just common sense. Would not buy again!!! It has already got black mold covering the entire thing and is breaking apart!...this is only after using it for a month and a half!!! First, this little slice of hell is already falling apart. The front of the shelving is pulling off and after only two months and $40, that is pretty frustrating. If you want to purchase this for the shower, you have to coat it with some protective coating first or it will instantly begin molding!!! I understand mold happens even in aerated parts of moist bathrooms; however, this is the most I have seen on a piece of furniture (bamboo especially) for this location (shower), and amount of time ( < 2 months). When I noticed dark discoloration at the top I grabbed the bleach and went to do some maintenance. I flipped it over and was ready to vomit when I saw just how much mold was growing and already deep into the bamboo. I can't even bleach it out that is how bad it is. I'm an observant, obsessive cleaner and this one definitely slipped under my radar! You have to coat it or this could happen to yours! I have never had a caddy last me less than a few years. The master bathroom has a toilet closet so there isn’t access to shelf space for things like extra tissue paper, wipes, etc. I looked at various over the toilet shelving but wanted something less utilitarian and with more style. This corner shelf unit is perfect! It’s made of sustainable bamboo & has plenty of space for the extras I had on top of the toilet. The only problem was with a couple of holes not lining up and I had to buy a couple of shorter screws that wouldn’t fit. But once I got it assembled I love it! Read more
