WHAT A BLESSING!!!. I had a hip replacement several months ago. I am 68 years old and it was a struggle. After surgery you are not suppose to bend and of course, I couldn't hold on to anything and would drop everything. Papers, napkins, forks, and even my underwear. I used the claw to pick it all up. But best of all, the claw helped me do the laundry. My washer is deep and normally I would use a step stool to get the clothes out. The step stool was off limit so I used my reliable claw. I was able to get the wet clothes out and put them in the dryer. After the clothes were dry I couldn't bend down to take them out of the dryer. I used the claw to get my clothes out.
