I’ve been using these 32-pack nasal strips, and they do open up my nasal passages and help with breathing. I was using them overnight while dealing with congestion from a cold, and they definitely helped me breathe easier. That said, the strips felt a little large for my nose and were very sticky, which made my nose itchy and uncomfortable to wear all night. It definitely takes some getting used to if you’re not accustomed to nasal strips. This was my first time using nasal strips, and I’d probably try another brand or maybe something other than “extra strength” next time. I’m not going to knock stars, though, because they did work as described—it’s just a matter of personal preference. They’re easy to apply and come in a large pack, so you won’t run out quickly. I have a more normal sized nose and I think these worked great, especially since they only have two bands inside instead of three. They are two weak for my husbands nose though, he said he noticed a big difference between them and the major name brand. So if you are a woman or have a petite nose, I think these will be just fine, but if you have a bigger/more sturdy nose, these might not be the best. I've used these nasal strips intermittently over the last few years. I seem to sleep better with them. I moved away from them for a while, but I recently went back to them. I thought I'd give these a try. They are very similar to ones I've used in the past. The tension feels slightly less than that of previous "name-brand" ones I've used, but they still seem to work. The adhesive is as strong as others, and it gets me through the night. I've also used these for workouts, and the adhesive always gets me through, even when I work up a good sweat. Overall, these seem to be close to the performance of the name-brand strips, though these strips seem to be slightly more expensive than the name-brand strips. I've given them four stars, because they do work, but given the performance and cost factor, I can't really recommend them over the name-brand. Read more

These come in a bunch of easy to tear of, sealed sheets. The strips themselves are easy to apply, and are directional. Meaning you need to place them in a specific orientation because it's wider on one end than the other, versus traditional nasal strips that are symmetrical. These are soft, and they held on all night. They even peeled off more easily than other strips I've used. But I have previously used "extra strength" nasal strips from two other brands, and both were noticeably stiffer and had more lift than these. I would consider these "regular strength" based on other products I've tried.
