My mother has been having trouble with the child proof battery containers. They're worse than child proof medicine bottles. The lady is 86 years old, and other companies put the batteries in packaging that would be easier for a 6 year old to open than an 86 year old. Batter life is good also! Read more

Finally! A hearing aid battery that is easy to get out of the package! I began losing hearing in my 40s and have worn hearing aids for more than 15 years, and have found that they have become more “childproof” over the years. I understand the recent law that passed to make hearing aid batteries safe from young children, but having to struggle with scissors, rigid plastic, and a tiny cardboard card makes them more prone to falling on the floor and rolling under a table or bed! Okay, rant over! I have used many brands of batteries and have found them to all have about the same life. These batteries are no exception. I think they may be a bit pricier than the cheapest online brands, but the ease of getting them out of the package is worth the small extra cost. Until I get hearing aids with rechargeable batteries, these are the only ones I will purchase! Read more
