This wheelchair is lightweight and small enough to pass through a home's doorways. It is easy to exit by either side by lifting the arm rests. It performs well on paved surfaces; however, the small hard tires are not suited to handle dirt paths etc. With a caretaker along to help when you get stuck.it is a great chair to take to a department store. Or any event where the surface is suitable. Steering takes practice as the front caster wheels do not react like a steering wheel and one must anticipate a wobble motion when reversing. Use low speed in tight quarters!!!!! i Read more

This 33 lb lightweight foldable electric wheelchair exceeded my expectations. It’s well built, easy to fold, powerful for its size, and handles both indoor and outdoor surfaces smoothly. The range is more than adequate for daily use. The customer service is outstanding ,fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, this is an excellent balance of portability, performance, and quality. I highly recommend it. Read more

The wheelchair is a decent product, and most of the details are correct. After unfolding and re-folding a few times to kinda break it in a little it works like a champ. It's super lightweight and setup is a breeze, and it comes out of the box ready to roll. You have to cut some of the packing stuff off the frame parts and install the joystick after unfolding the chair, and installing the little wheels that help it stand upright after folding. The battery comes out easily and is fully changed. Although it comes with a card to show how it works, you have to be intuitive. Pretty easy to use, but the joystick is sensitive so you have to start out slow until you get the hang of it. I took it on a 3 mile drive with a fully charged battery without a drop of power and speed even going up a long hill. However, I am a small person who is only 5'8" tall, so a 6 footer with long legs might have trouble getting comfortable. The battery can be charged in the chair or pulled out of the chair, and charged inside while leaving the chair in the car. Fast charging as well and the charger is very small and light. It also has a little tool kit for the nuts and bolts and a little allen wrench. Read more

Very well made and light weight as advertised. ( as in under 40 Lbs is considered light weight for a power chair.) It did not work for our needs as it says caregiver assist mode option. What they mean by that is when you turn the power off the brakes disengage and it can be “moved”. The motor gears are still moving and cause resistance so it is not easy to push a patient in the chair. If that is not a need you have it’s a very nice wheelchair. The customer service was top notch and responded within 12 hours for a full return. I would not consider it all terrain, I think it depends on the weight of the person in the chair. I would have kept it had it not been for the option of disengaging motors for free wheel. Read more

I believe the chair I purchased had been returned before they sold it to me. The automatic brakes would not engage no matter what I did. Even when I engaged the hand brakes on the rear wheels, (awkward at the very least), the chair still rolled when I tried to get out of it. It was unsafe and I would hope they would NOT resell it again. I was unable to talk with a person, and the Chatbot communication was not helpful. I am returning it and I do NOT recommend it. Arrived today on schedule. Instructions were okay. This is my first wheelchair. It's comfortable and the joystick is sensitive and quick to respond. The documentation and online description didn't say anything about the light and cane shown in the photo, but those items do ship with the wheelchair, along with a combination locking cable. The online info speaks of lengthening the footrest, but no directions for doing so were in the manual. Does anyone know how? UPDATE: Lowered my raring. After having to use this wheelchair for almost two weeks because of an injury I would not recommend this to anyone. It rarely stops as soon as you release the joystick, sometimes times it turns to the left before stopping, and sometimes rolls up to almost a foot before stopping. I don't have door ramps yet and one day when I was letting my dog out, it almost started to roll over the threshold, which would have had me crashing down on my concrete patio. I live in a small 2 bedroom condo and because the joy stick is so jerky, excess rolling, sometimes a rear wheel spinning when moving slowly over a transition, it can make navigating around my condo almost hazardous to me (had my feet almost jammed because of excess rolling), and to my walls and furniture. The kind of footrest on this wheelchair makes it difficult getting on or off. People use wheelchairs because of issues with their legs; not like the people who demonstrate these chairs. The hand brake is very poor. The tread on the tires is not for all terrains; tires too smooth. I noticed they've lowered the price on these wheelchairs since I purchased mine. No wonder! Read more
