I haven't used the cooking attachment yet but the fire pit works really well. It is a great design and looks nice sitting out on the lawn. It is easy to fill and clean and, with the lid on, looks presentable when you aren't burning wood. It was pretty simple to put together but a power screwdriver is helpful when assembling. Nice firepit, especially for the price. Its lightweight but compared to similar thickness firepits at the big box stores, this one has way more functionality. I knew this was thinner metal to begin with, idk what anyone else was expecting. Easy to put together to the point its idiot proof. Everything stores inside the pit when not in use and doubles as a table when you dont want a fire. The cover fits very snug and seems nice. I love the 2 levels of grill/racks. Perfect size for back yard grilling and enjoying a nice fire. The lid and cover keep everything, clean, contained and dry and ready for the next fire with family. It would be nice if it came with an optional mesh dome to contain embers during dry summer winds. Read more

You will need a power tool to put this jigsaw together so it stays in place. I was rather disappointed the circle top was not a complete piece but a series of small segments you must assemble with screws that don’t fit tightly without putting pressure behind an electric power driver. Took longer to assemble than I expected, until I got my power driver. The metal material is very flimsy and thin gauged. I like there are grill grates that swing over a fire for cooking and there is a big plus it came with a lid. I’m not sure how this hold up over time, and will come back to this review after I use it more in the cooler months. For now, I rated this a 3/5, okay, based on less than stellar materials and the time it took to assemble. As for function, I have not used this yet, and will let you know in an update. Read more
