In the video i didn’t record putting the little hook looking pieces on cause my dad came in lol, but you just have to push a little hard to get them in. My only complaint is I wish the middle shelf were just a tad bit higher. I mainly use this for my haircare products, toners and face washes, - which are all tall items. I have two other organizers for my moisturizers, serums and makeup. So it's a bit of an issue trying to find shorter items that fit on the middle shelf.
