This yogurt is great. Thick, clean tasting, and not watery at all, which is exactly what I want from a plain Greek yogurt. It has that nice tang without being too sharp. I use it all the time to make tzatziki and it works perfectly. Holds up well with cucumber, garlic, and herbs, and doesn’t turn runny.
