i haven't had this shampoo for very long, but it does smell great and paired with my conditioner(of another brand), my hair looks smooth and shiny. the only problem is that a bit of it arrived spilled around the inside of the box, which doesn't ever happen with other deliveries. not a lot of product was lost though, and there's plenty in the bottle.
