I was so worried about trying to frozen rice again, as they are usually never a good texture and poor quality. This frozen rice is much better than all the other frozen and bagged microwave rice out there on the market. I was so surprised when i pull it out the microwave and the rice was delicious, not gummy, not hard, and definitely did not have a weird flavor. The rice had nice chew, great aroma and you can see all the individual grains of rice. This is a definite recommend for easy rice. I have been purchasing this rice while my family lives through a kitchen renovation with limited cooking tools. I will continue to buy this rice once the kitchen is done. We have two small children and it is always a question mark how much each child will eat at each meal. I made the pleasant mistake of buying this thinking it was normal rice I had to cook in an expensive asian rice cooker. It arrived already cooked and frozen and I was a bit annoyed I didnt read the fine print as I ordered 15 bags thinking I can dump this into my rice storage bin. Well I stuck it in the freezer as thats where apparently it needs to go to be kept frozen, who knew. In time of need I decided to break out the ol bag and give it a go. WOW this tastes like rice I told myself, Not mushy rice, not undercooked rice, REAL ASIAN JASMINE FINGER WATER LINED MEASURED RICE! AND IN 2 MINUTES!!!!
