Very mediocre. It probably depends on what you're used to. I normally buy Ceremonial grade Encha brand. I thought I would try something less expensive. Nope, nope, nope. I'm used to a lovely bright green powder that froths up after whisking. This was was a brownish green and no froth. Just a sad, uninspired matcha with a disappointing flavor.
