My riced cauliflower melted a little during the delivery process, and so it turned into one lump which I had to drop several times on the counter before it broke up. I seriously thought after heating it up that it would be mushy, but NO, this riced cauliflower was "au dente," with some firmness/texture. And of course it was delicious!!! So much flavor!!! I used only salt and pepper and olive oil on it, and added a small touch of honey mustard, and wow, it was yummy!!! I would eat a bowl of this with salad dressing on it's own as a great snack, but I can see it being used in so many other ways, with soups, casseroles, quiches, veggie pancakes, dips, etc. I'm going to reorder and use this as a staple in my household and I look forward to many yummy dishes with this riced cauliflower in it!! Also, the self sealing feature on the bag was somewhat awkward to use when pouring the cauliflower into the pot, but, it then sealed back very nicely and I super like it. I've been resealing my frozen produce bags by "roping off" the bags with plain black elastic hair headbands ---which works really well, --but this self sealing bag is BETTER and I wish all frozen food bags had the same feature. I have bought the frozen garlic herb pilaf cauliflower rice many times from Whole Foods which I love - and noticed that this one was a "plain" version but organic and $1 cheaper. For a savings of $1 a bag ( I use several bags a week) I can season it myself- in case anyone is interested the pilaf version Whole Foods sells just has EVOO, garlic powder, salt and dried parsley! Easy peasy! I just add in the seasoning about half way through cooking it (around the 3 minute mark). Even better, I use all organic oil and seasonings in my kitchen- so my version is completely organic! This cauliflower rice cooks really well and is not too mushy or watery. I have tried several brands and like this one the best for texture vs value. I have found that you do not have to cook it in a non-stick pan, if you use medium heat. It is an excellent healthy sub for rice/ potatoes and makes an excellent side dish for multiple entrees! We have eaten this with salmon, roasted eggplant, chicken... There are alot of different recipes online to change up the spices and make different "flavors". I highly recommend this cauliflower rice for anyone looking into eating healthier! Read more
It is virtually tasteless. But I add a dab of butter and some ms. dash to give it a bit of taste. Great for bulking up your main course. Read more
I love this item! Ordered them a bunch of times. Don't steam it in the bag though, it's going to be very bland. Try cooking it like this. Put a cup of water in a pan on the stove and let it boil. Add the cauliflower. Season it pretty heavily with your favorite blend (I like Kinders products). Cook the water off and serve it. It's not soggy, it takes delicious, and can be paired with a LOT of food groups, like ground beef, turkey, other chopped veggies, etc. Read more

I need to watch my carbs so I look for healthy substitutes of favorite foods wherever I can. Riced cauliflower is the way to go. Frozen is best because it's so easy to heat, and stays fresh a long time in the freezer. When I'm in a rush, I use them in frozen meals, substituting out the grain rice for these, and add a few frozen peas. Sometimes I sautee them with a dash or two of turmeric, just a dash mind you, and it adds a subtle earthiness to the flavor that tastes more like rice. And it gives a pale yellow color that adds interest to your plate. These are great with Asian style bowls, too. Be creative! Frozen cauliflower rice is a staple in my home. Enjoy! Read more
