I admit I'm not making fajitas with them; but I use them for chili, Swedish meatball casserole and stir-fry. They come out great. Frozen veggies in one recent study usually came out has having more vitamins than even fresh. Consider the time it takes to get to the store, and then the time it may spend in yer fridge, and it comes out more fresh when frozen and thawed. They are currently out of them; but I'd really like to see them gravitate toward more frozen veggies. Read more
Good for quick meals that are going to the fire. Not good for salads. Fresh is always best, but if you are making a quick dishes where you're grilling things up it's perfect for that. I don't think it's good for cold dishes as the bag is already frozen and we know what happens when things are thawed out. Water is retained a bit. However it could work. I like to have freshbell peppers on hand but when I don't have fresh, I reach into my freezer for these. They taste good, already sliced and I've used them with eggs, on pizza and for stir fry. They are a real time saver. To keep them tasting more crisp, don't overcook. They take less time to cook than fresh. Read more
Love these. They're a great quality. The texture is always great. The freshness of the veggies is reliable. I think the value for the money is there. i always to stock and keep in the fridge. I love they're organic, as it's a bit hard to find frozen organic bell pepper. The size of the peppers are consistent, works well in recipes. Only downside is they're constantly out of stock :( Read more
