This charging station is outstanding, it charges multiple devices at the same time with no loss of speed. The dual ports easily power my laptop, while the other ports handle phones and tablets perfectly. I love that it comes with 4 USB-C cables very convenient and great value. With 4 kids we needed a place where everything could charge all their devices at night. Since most electronics use the USBC this was just what I needed! I love how many cords it can hold and I love that it is small so it doesn't take up that much space on my dresser. It also charges our devices fast! I would highly recommend this product! it works so amazing! Read more

I recently picked up the 280W USB C Charger Block (8‑Port GaN III PD 65W) and it’s been extremely handy for powering my laptop, tablet, phone, and a couple of accessories all at the same time. The headline specs — 280 W total output, two USB-C ports capable of 65 W each, plus USB-A ports for other devices — are impressive. The GaN III tech means it stays compact and doesn’t overheat the way older multi-port chargers can. Installation was plug-and-go, and I’ve been using it daily without any weird behavior. In normal use it feels like a versatile workhorse. My MacBook Air charges quickly when I plug it in, my phone and tablet charge simultaneously, and I’ve even left the charger connected through late-night use without it getting hot or noisy. The distribution of power between ports seems well managed — I haven’t experienced sudden slowdowns or devices being “promoted” to a lower wattage randomly. The build is robust, the finish is neat, and I appreciate that it reduces clutter by replacing multiple bricks with just one hub. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a couple of minor issues I want to mention. First — although the 280 W total sounds huge, in practical terms when all ports are being used the individual outputs can drop and you’ll need to plan your high-wattage device placement (i.e., put your laptop on one of the high-wattage ports). It’s not a flaw, just part of how shared-power hubs tend to work. Second — the power brick size is larger than a typical single-device charger, so if you’re using it in a tight space or travel scenario it’s a little less convenient than a small cube charger. But for a desk or home-office setup, it’s totally worth it. Overall, if you’ve got multiple devices to charge — a laptop, phone, tablet, smartwatch, etc. — and you’re tired of multiple bricks and messy cables, this charger is a very smart upgrade. Just be aware of the shared power behavior and the physical size, and you’ll get excellent value. Read more
