Good ring, but needs some work
Tldr: good, accurate ring, but only does manual scans for most metrics. I really like the ring. It's really pretty accurate: I compared it against a smart watch, and it gave me very similar readings for blood oxygen and heart rate. It's light, though a bit big, and it looks pretty good. Battery is solid and it charges fast! My issue with it is with the app. You can only manually check things like blood oxygen and heart rate. It doesn't automatically check metrics throughout the day for anything other than body temperature and sleep. No idea why that is, but it really cuts down on the usefulness of the ring/app combination because unless I go into the app repeatedly and manually kick off the individual checks, I won't get a comprehensive check on my health.
