The number one job of a sleep mask is to block light completely and this one doesn't quite make the grade in that regard. Although it is comfortable I found that light leaks in at the bottom around the nose bridge and I was not able to adjust it to block all light. Still, only a little light comes in. There is gel padding all around that provides a seal around the forehead and the nose bridge is comfortable. The padding gives you a recessed area for your eyes so your eyes can move around, blink, whatever - and still block most of the light. The strap is easily adjustable and I found this eye mask comfortable for long periods of time. All in all, I found that this sleep mask is comfortable and blocks most light. It's a soft comfortable eye mask that keeps all the light out so you can get to sleep more quickly if you are light sensitive. The only hard part is the adjustment buckle on the head strap. What I really like about the mask is the recessed area over the eyes so you don't feel any pressure on your eye lids when in use. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the adjustment strap was a bit cumbersome. Overall, this is a good, comfortable sleep mask that help will keep the light put while you rest. Read more
