This really is a good product, and I feel that you do get something for the price premium over the cheaper no name brands. And I have owned a fair number of wrist pads over the years. I am using this at my desk to provide proper support for my wrists and tilt my keyboard at the proper angle. This set is excellent for that, but to be honest if all you want it to tilt your keyboard you shouldn't be paying more than $5 for a plastic wedge. This tray comes with two sets of feet for the tray so you can have either a 5 degree and 10 degree angle. I found 5 degrees perfect for my setup. The real standout here is the wrist rest. It is much much better than the generic ones. It is cool to the touch, has the exact right amount of give, and the (possibly fake?) leather is easy to keep clean. Cloth wrist rests always get grubby after a while, and cannot be cleaned, at least not easily. This wrist rest feels like it will last a long time, and it integrates perfectly with the tray, and just feels good. So what's wrong? Because the tray is at an angle and the provided mousepad is so smooth, my mouse slides down the pad when I type. It is annoying to see the pointer arrow drift down the monitor when I lift my hand, and sometimes I really do need the cursor to stay exactly where I left it. I could resolve this problem with a slightly higher friction mousepad, but I really do like the superior tracking and easy to clean surface of the provided pad. I ordered this as I am currently suffering from back issues and I wanted to get my keyboard and mouse a little closer to relieve some back strain. I really wasn't terribly impressed with the images of the item but I trusted the brand so I figured I would give it a try. First impressions: Right out of the box the product exceeded my expectations. It was heavy but not too heavy. The quality of the wrist wrest was far better than I expected. Features: This item actually came with some attachable rubber risers to elevate either the front or the back of the board with. There were plenty of 3M adhesives included to make sure it was all firmly attached and they were very easy to use. The mouse pad had a fully adhesive peel off backing that made it quite secure as well. The mouse pad was quite slippery and it took a bit of time to adjust to (as I was not used to using such a smooth surface) but I have learned to appreciate it much more than my prior mouse pad. There were antimicrobial properties built into some features of the product and I really appreciated that as well. The size is perfect for my Corsair mechanical keyboard and wired mouse. It honestly couldn't be any more perfect in that aspect. Summary: I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing a sturdy and well made keyboard/mouse tray. I've had many others in the past but none would hold a full size mechanical keyboard and mouse and fit them so perfectly that they are not taking up more space than just what is needed to contain them. I bought this for my grandfather to provide wrist support for both keyboard and mouse while organizing his small workspace. ** Clean appearance....For a small space, this simplifies the area by bringing the mouse pad and keyboard together and providing a single wrist support instead of separate items. A downside to this is whether or not you prefer to have your mouse located next to the keyboard. This wasn't an issue for my grandfather since his desk space is small. ** Mouse Pad......... It is a standard small size and works as expected. A dow ** The "Tilt-Adjustable" feature.......... is not what I expected. A set of 6 rubber, dot-candy-shaped feet stick onto the bottom of the board to provide the 2 levels of positive or negative tilt. Stick on a row of 3 feet to tilt it to the 1st level or stack the other set on top of the 1st to get to the 2nd level. Unless you are set on always having your keyboard tilted, it is questionable on how reusable these stick-on feet are should you remove them. At this price point, I would have expected something integrated into the board. Fortunately, my grandfather prefers the keyboard to lie flat so this wasn't a deal breaker. I didn't like that I had to stick the mouse pad onto the board and adhere the wrist rest using sticky backed Velcro. I was expecting this to come fully assembled and look like what I saw in the picture, but I suppose this may be because the pad and rest are replaceable? The 3 long strips of sticky back Velcro are intended to run parallel down the center of the wrist rest, but I found this to leave the rest unbalanced and rock forward and back a small amount. I ended up cutting the 3 strips into thirds and attached the 9 pieces perpendicular onto the wrist rest to avoid this issue...and it worked well for me. Ultimately, I would recommend this to someone who has a small workspace and wants to have their keyboard and mouse neatly bundled next to each other with a single wrist support for effectiveness and a clean appearance and will remain happy with whatever tilt level they choose. This was perfect for what I wanted. It has made everything much more comfortable having the keyboard and mouse close and on the same level. It comes with little feet that you can position where you want depending on the tilt that fits you. It’s sturdy made of heavy duty plastic. Everything works great. I used a little extra alien tape to stick my trackpad and keyboard down, mostly because the keyboard was sliding around a little bit. Great product. The wrist rest is firm but soft. The only flaw is that there are only 6 feet, there really should be 8 or at leas one extra on the front side so it doesn't sag as much in between.
