These are super lux I'm SO disgustingly pleased with myself. I was trying to buy cuticle oil pens and glass nail files/buffers as part of a bridesmaid gift package but they're crazy expensive with very little product. I decided to make my own versions with a very luxurious body oil brand and use these applicators. WOW the hand-feel on the aluminum them is very nice, if they were a little heavier they would be like the YSL concealer packaging... wait...you can make to go concealers out of your favorite foundation. The use-cases are ENDLESS. FUNCTION: Very easy to fill up. Little tough to snap on the brush but with a firm grip with some fabric on top to push against a table does the trick. As for RE-filling that might be a challenge but if you're crafty you can probably wiggle it open with some gentle force and reuse the container pretty easily. TLDR: stop searching and add to cart. Made base and top coat pens.

These worked to make base and top coat pens. These are supposed to be refillable as long as you don’t twist them all of the way up. Only giving 3 stars since I tested this out by trying to get the pen cartridge to move back down after twisting it up a short distance before even filling the cartridge. I cannot find any help on how to get these cartridges to roll back down, or be pushed back down. Again, I’m aware you cannot refill these if you roll them all of the way up. If the seller reaches out to advise me on how to get the cartridge back down to refill, and it works, my review will be upgraded to 5 stars. Read more
