Love the variety in sizes! Specifically, the big one is perfect for about 8oz flour, in my experience. I love using them to scoop and remix everything that has been sifted together because of how slim the rims are, around the baskets, for my own OCD! Super easy to clean by-hand, or in the dishwasher. Also, I love the design of the handles because I can hang them from kitchen cabinet handles if I need them to air-dry, or save counter space when setting up everything before starting a long recipe/project (mise en place)!
