I bought for the hell of it . Day 1 I took 2 , I’m 5 days in I had some action 2 times in that spand the first one was good but no stamina change but I was harder for sure . It has changed my gym routine, I’m very explosive 🧨 in the Gym and I want to go to the gym more for sure. As well my muscles are fuller , but down stairs didn’t grow yet .
