I ordered 2 of these. One broke after about a month. I contacted the company by an email they had printed on the side of the charger. They responded and sent me a new one within two days. Excellent customer service! Read more

Love the retract ability function so you have cords handy for multiple devices. Works great so far and love that you have access to additional USB ports for other cords you may need plugging in. If you pull aggressively or with a little too much gusto, you could loosen it from the wall, but I’m not sure how they would adjust that as it’s the design, it would naturally pull away from the outlet a little bit. If you’re not pulling on it like a maniac you’re fine, and love that just with one small pool it retract into itself. Say goodbye to messy chords all over the place on your counter or on your floor. Added bonus for small children and keeping the chords out of eyesight and away from their little fingers and mouth. Read more

The concept is great, I love having the cables tucked away when not in use. The reason for the low rating is that every time I pull the cord, the whole thing comes out of the wall. I have tried turning it upside down to see if that helps, and it did not. It would be a 5 star if it weren't for poor design. Read more

This was a great idea, and It worked well, , but I get an error message often saying there is water detected, so it wont charge my phone, I don't keep the charger near any water, so because of this I am giving it a 3 star review. Read more
