These are fun, squeaky, colorful balls. The big dog likes them more than his other balls. They are nice and flexible, yet fairly durable. However, one of the balls is separating at a seam. All of the balls stopped squeaking after being played with for 20 minutes. That is the only real disappointment I can see with them. Otherwise, they make fine dog toys. Read more
These balls are a win, win, win!! The dog loves them, he hasn’t destroyed them immediately even though he’s played with them non stop, and there are four of them!! My ball obsessed sheepy mix seriously loves these. He’s figured out that they have a decent bounce when he drops them himself on the hard floors. They usually squeak too and start bouncing away and he loves a chase. Sometimes he just plays with them himself rather than insisting I throw them for him (although he still loves that, too). But I laugh watching him on the pet-cam playing with them during the day by himself. And he’s constantly losing most of his balls bc they’re tennis ball size and roll under the couches or the dog cages or the tv stand. These are just big enough that they don’t fit under the smaller openings like the tennis balls do and they’re big enough what they can roll under has to be high enough he can either get a paw or his snout under it too to get them. And I honestly think he sees them easier due to their bright colors. Sometimes his tennis balls are right in front of him and he doesn’t seem to see them but even when he hasn’t seen where these were thrown he seems to find them easily (probably more due to smell now that I think about it - but *I* can see them better due to the bright colors, so… there’s that). He can destroy stuff quickly when he really likes something, but I’ve seen him start to gnaw on these but hasn’t made a dent in them at all and it looks like they’re going to hold up well. They also are easy enough to clean and dry off. I will absolutely be getting more of these as the number we can still find dwindles. But so far they are all easily located each evening when we pick up. I think you’ll be pleased with these as well. Read more
Objective data: Viszla blend; 50 pounds, 8 years old, little to no interest in ball toys Golden Doodle; 50 pounds, 10 months old, lives to play ball 1. I love the size of these. Ms. Maggie has a big mouth and these provide a nice challenge for her to grab and squeak. Smaller size balls she destroys super fast. 2. I love that it's not fuzzy like a tennis ball!! Meaning slobber wipes right off and you have a clean-ish ball again!! 3. I love the bright colors. She has some other balls that are just hard to see in dim light. One of her favorite things to do is grab toy and work it over as we are watching tv in the evening. I prefer to have the lights low as we get closer to bedtime. And some of her toys just don't show up causing rolled ankles & tripping hazards on our way to bed. 4. I love the squeaker feature!! About the time she starts to get bored with me and want to begin wandering off, all I have to do is give it a couple of good squeezes and she's right back in the game!! It's one of the good squeakers too!! The kind that you can squeeze all the air out of, toss it & it screams as it re-inflates itself on the journey!!!!! 5. The quality of the materials is spot on!! Thick enough so that she cannot bite through it & destroy the squeaker, thin enough that she can make it squeak with a moderate effort!! Read more
I have a 9yr old Mastiff/Black Lab mix. He loved these balls, and the balls themselves are very durable. He loves the squeaker in all toys, but within about 10 minutes, the squeaker stopped working in all 4 of the balls. No puncture holes in the ball itself or cuts/tears. The ball material can definitely withstand an aggressive chewer. I can hear the squeaker piece moving around inside of the ball, but not sure how it came apart so easily. He still plays with them, but not as much now that they don't squeak. They would be perfect if the squeaker wasn't so easily dislodged. Read more
This arrived nicely packaged and undamaged. They are well made and are holding up nicely to regular play with our pups. They colors are nice and bright. They are at a great price point and we will get more in the future as needed. I love that it's a multipack as well since we have multiple dogs. Read more
I am satisfied with these dog toys. They are a good size, bigger than a baseball but smaller than a softball. The colors are bright. The squeak is rather loud, almost obnoxious when it’s done over and over especially in a room that has some echo. But if it keeps the puppies happy and entertained I will deal with it. They do have a slight plastic chemical smell upon opening but they aired out quickly. I am concerned how well they can handle a hard bites and potential punctures, but there’s 3 more if one goes down. I do believe that $5 a ball is expensive. I think this lack is better suited for $12 for the 4 pack. Read more
Myself and my 2 big dogs were really excited about the size and the sound of the squeaker - but, before I even opened the cello bag I smelled a strong chemical smell (like about twice as strong as E6000 glue, if you are holding it right up to your nose and deeply inhaling!?). I put them back in the bag and went directly to the garage - when I walked back into the front room - that chemical smell was still lingering. Yeah, not giving these to my dogs. :( Now they are wandering around looking for them. Extremely dissatisfied. Read more
