grip is great, use mainly for yoga sculpt to add some grip when it can get sweaty and slippery but have also used on a reformer and they worked well. snug fit but not too tight and easy to wash. 4 pack is nice and they look like normal crew socks. Read more

These socks are perfectly for my elderly mom who is a fall risk her absolute favorite color is black and unfortunately, the only time you can get the socks with the rubber grip on the bottom are the awful ones from the hospital that come in bright, yellow, blue or tan Sometimes when you order them from your over-the-counter pharmacy benefits from your insurance plan, they only come in white and are not very durable.
