GREAT USEAGE - Bands can be connected together to be used for other Body Parts - like knees, head, etc. . . I specifically ordered these bands to use for UPPER ARM compression - where I could ADJUST the compression & it works great for that bcz I can adjust them - as needed for a better fit. AND I also use them for Head compression when having headaches AND when needed for Wrist issues too —- and for those times when I need Ankle & Foot Support too. Highly recommend these “well made” bands to have in your “recovery arsenal bag” - just in case you might need them & you’re prepared. Toss them in your travel bag - bcz u might need them while traveling. Mine are in baggies & they don’t take any room.
