I felt like I should write a review even tho I just got it. People say they can't breathe with it and you are just pushing in and out; while breathing thru your nose. Don't know how it works since I have not used it long enough to know but you do not actually breathe in or out (I tried it and no way!) then saw a video and you just use suction to suck it in and out but not breathing.
