The material is a plastic but it is decent quality for a disposable toothbrush. The toothpaste is mint so it's not too bad of a taste, I was happy that it wasn't chalky. I got these for our local homeless outreach organization who puts together toiletry bags for people living on the street. The toothbrushes are decent though extremely soft bristled (good for those with gum disease though!), and the toothpaste works just fine and the taste is mild and minty. The toothpaste is literally single serving so super tiny and easy to pack up. The toothbrushes aren’t much smaller than a normal toothpaste though so I wouldn’t call them travel size, as only the head is a little smaller. Read more

Friend of mine had gotten prepasted toothbrushes off of Amazon and when I saw these I thought I would give them a try. I didn't really pay much attention to the picture and these are exactly what you get in the picture. It is a single toothbrush with a very small tube of toothpaste that will give you probably 2 to 4 brushings. I tried one out. The toothpaste is very minty it seems to do the job and I'm sure anything is better than nothing in a pinch. The brush on the other hand left a bit to be desired. As I was brushing my teeth at least four bristles came out in my mouth. They didn't get stuck in my teeth which I was grateful for but having a bristle like that in your mouth was kind of gross. The head is also very small on the brush. The length of the handle is nice and it seems pretty sturdy. I ended up putting them in my desk drawer at the office for after lunch. I have a toothbrush at work already but having the small individual toothpaste tubes will be nice. Read more

The toothbrush has a slightly pearlized plastic handle (and you get both tan and teal handles in the set), and a black oval shaped bristle bed. We find the color choice on the bristles as odd, since subliminally typically people associate dark bristles with household cleaning brushes. The bristles are soft and measure approximately 3/4" long by about 1/2" wide. The toothbrush could be reused, through we are unsure as to for how long. The single use toothpaste is peppermint flavored and is mild. The tube of toothpaste was a bit tricky to poke with the point on the lid to break the inner seal. We placed the lid on the counter and then pushed the tube down into it which was much easier than holding the tube in your hand and trying to push the point in the lid into the tube..
