After exclusively using UltraPro for years and thousands of sports cards, their price went up substantially. I had mixed results with the quality of those, namely there was a lot of top loader variation in the opening thickness, plastic dust and debris, and a couple cases were heat damages and unusable that I returned. I also found that you had to really be careful about damage when inserting into the penny sleeves, and on really good cards I would cut the corner at 45 degrees to minimize insertion damage. I just assumed that all card sleeves were like that. So, I gave these a try and am very impressed with the quality after using 3000 (30 different boxes) cards and sleeves. The quality and consistency of the top loader is excellent. I have found very little plastic dust or debris in 95% of them and even minimal amounts in those I have. Penny sleeved cards go in very well and are definitely overall tighter entry than Ultrapros, and in many cases you have to get the card in there and tap the bottom a few times to fully seat it. The plus side of course is fewer cards easily sliding out. The penny sleeves are also quite nice, but I do wish they were just a couple milliliters longer as the top of the card just fits inside by a few mm which for some might be cutting it too close. Others may like the better fit. Even the packaging on the boxes holding the loaders and sleeves are better quality than the Ultrapros and should hold up much better to use as standalone holders for storage. Overall I’m thus far very impressed with these and will at least for now switch to them for the consistently better quality and lower price. Read more

Great option for sleeves and toploaders! So far, quality seems on par with cardboard gold or ultra pro. Easily fits standard cards up to 35 pt. Seems well worth the price. Read more

These are excellent quality, I like how it comes with a soft sleeve as well for an extra layer of protection,. These are thick and durable hard plastics sleeves, even though they have a bluish gray tint the actual color of the card is portrayed accurately Read more

These protect some of my precious collector cards in ways that just give me comfort. They fit perfectly and are actually just a little larger than the 70s trading cards I was protecting. The clarity is fantastic!! After doing all the insertions, I took each card and photographed it for posting on a collector's board. The pictures turned out perfectly with surprising clarity. This box gave me many more than I needed, but I found a new use: packaging my best table game cards!! Read more

As a recent hobbyist of 30 years selling off thousands of raw cards I found this brand a better fit, quality, and price vs. Ultra Pro. Great for the current/modern card production thickness such as Topps Chrome products. Most importantly very minimal plastic debris and dust from the factory cut that if ignored cards can have surface damage of indentation during sleeving. Quality control is good. Read more

Solid Protection at a Great Value The Arjiekwei 2000 Card Sleeves Set is an excellent choice for collectors who need an affordable way to protect their trading cards. With 1,000 hard plastic top loaders and 1,000 soft sleeves, this set provides everything you need to keep your collection safe from dust, scratches, and minor bending. Whether you collect sports cards, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, or other trading card games, these sleeves offer a reliable storage solution. Pros: ✅ Great Value for the Quantity – Finding a set with both hard and soft sleeves at this price is a great deal. It’s perfect for collectors who want to protect a large number of cards without breaking the bank. ✅ Standard Size Compatibility – The sleeves fit most standard 2.5" x 3.5" cards, including sports trading cards, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Magic: The Gathering. ✅ Dual Protection – The soft inner sleeves prevent scratches, while the hard plastic top loaders add an extra layer of security against bending and damage. ✅ Decent Durability – The top loaders are rigid and clear, allowing for good card visibility while still offering reasonable protection. Cons: ❌ Top Loaders Can Be a Bit Tight – Some of the hard sleeves feel a little too snug, making it tricky to insert cards without worrying about edge wear or corner damage. ❌ Plastic Quality Isn’t the Thickest – While these top loaders do the job, they aren’t as thick or rigid as premium brands like Ultra Pro or BCW. For high-value cards, you may want something sturdier. ❌ Soft Sleeves Feel a Bit Thin – While the inner sleeves work fine for casual protection, they are on the thinner side, so they might not be as protective as higher-end sleeves. Final Thoughts For the price, this 2000-piece sleeve set is a great value for bulk collectors or those looking for an affordable way to store their cards. While the hard plastic isn’t as thick as premium brands, it still offers a good level of protection for everyday storage and handling. If you’re looking for heavy-duty protection for rare or expensive cards, you might want to invest in a higher-end option. However, for general use, casual collecting, and bulk storage, this is a solid choice. Would recommend! Read more
