I was skeptical about this before my purchase. I looked at a lot of different choices before deciding on this one. I wanted one with as big of a water reservoir as I could get. This has the larger capacity. I wanted one with as long of an extension I could get. This one seems to be that too. I wanted one that was rechargeable, and this is that. I’ve read reviews, it makes a squeal. And that’s true it does when there is no water pumping through it. But once inverted and in normal operating position it’s just sounds like a small motor. Another review said try it out at home before you take it out on the road. Yes, did that and WOW! I am seriously impressed. No, it’s not as good as a home bidet. But it will get you clean and if need be, take extra water with you to refill and continue your “clean”. I’m going to cary a small disposable cloth to dry out the reservoir and baby wipes to clean the unit before putting it away. I completely happy with this product and I recommend it strongly. I ordered this hand held bidet because the water line to my toilet is straight and rigid. Because of this, it would be difficult for me to install a bidet attachment to the toilet without needing additional modifications (I am an older woman with limited skills for this type of task). So I thought this might be a good alternative. The large capacity tank holds a sufficient amount of water and it has a large opening so it's easy to fill. The buttons are easily accessible turn it on and off and switch modes during use. And I like that the folding nozzle arm is long enough to adequately reach the areas to be cleaned. I find I can only use it a few times before it runs out of charge and because there is no indicator for how much battery charge it has left, I have to guess when to re-charge it so it will work the next time I use it. I should think that using it for much less than a minute each time, the battery should last much longer. If this was not the case, I would have given it 5 stars. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I love portable bidets. I've used them for camping in the past, but lately I just like to use them at home. I have one like this one in my master bathroom, and I have a different type of portable one in my guest bathroom. The package comes with the the unit itself, a really nice and soft carrying bag, a cable to charge it and an extra water tip and of course, instructions. There's a few pros and cons about this product. One pro like about this one is that the water reservoir is very thick and feels heavy duty. I also love how when disassembled, the top part fits inside the reservoir to make it more compact. The unit itself feels sturdy and solid and not cheap at all. Another great feature is that the extender arm that the water shoots out of is really long and can move up and down to your desired angle. I have another portable bidet that had a arm like this one but it's half the length of this one. Now for the cons. When turned on, there's a high pitched squeal that comes from the unit. You can't really hear it on the video but it's noticable. Also, on the highest level....it isn't super powerful, not as powerful as other portable bidets I've used. It comes with an extra tip, which is nice, but the extra tip has different holes in it making you think each tip shoots the water a different way, but both tips shoot water the exact same way. Which brings me to my biggest con, when the water is on low, medium or high....it doesn't shoot out in a straight line, it sprays out almost like a dome. All the other bidets I've used shoot out in a straight line so you can target that "sweet spot" you want sprayed, but when the water literally sprays out all over the place, you're gonna end up with water sprayed all over your...HHHmmmm....you know.....backside. That is the biggest issue, that's why it got 4 stats instead of 5. If it shot out water on a straight line and was more powerful...it would have gotten 5 stars from me. Worked well for two months. Then the pump would start going quite weak for second ever 5 seconds or so. And it has worsened over the last few weeks. It will pump normally for perhaps 3 seconds, then very weak for 3 seconds. Charging it has no effect. I suspect it will continue to worsen. I originally thought it was too late to return it. But, the vendor was quick to issue a refund. Read more
