Check polarity: Red marking on plug indicates positive center pin 3. Inspect battery port for debris or corrosion 4. Start with battery at room temperature (60-80°F optimal) Charging Process: 1. Plug charger into wall outlet first, then connect to battery 2. Red LED indicates charging, green LED means full/complete 3. Charger outputs 2A current - takes 3-4 hours for a 10Ah battery from 20% to full 4. Unit stays cool during charging (measured 95°F max on case) 5. Disconnect immediately when green light shows to preserve battery health Performance Testing: Charged my 36V 10Ah e-bike battery successfully.
