The media could not be loaded. Update: I’ve been offered a full refund and replacement. They identified an issue with the part I struggled with. I would love to give it a better review. But I’m going to return it. The battery cover cannot be put on after batteries are added. Sorry for the bad video but I was doing it one handed. The batteries are seated correctly. The “legs” on the inside of the cover which are probably meant to stabilize the batteries are in the wrong place! These legs are perpendicular to the batteries which causes the cover to not close because the legs go over the batteries instead of between them. Is it me? Am I doing it wrong? I don’t see other reviews about this. I tried to use troubleshooting but it’s limited in what I can ask about. That’s another fault. Otherwise it’s a decent clock for the price. If you don’t care about battery backup, go for it. Read more

3.5 stars. The cord is short, but I'd planned to connect it to my TV anyway. Problem is, the clock doesn't draw power from the TV unless the TV is on. This might be a "duh" for some of you, but it wasn't for me. I figured the TV light is on when the TV is off, and the TV responds to the remote when it's off so surely there's power, right? Anyhoo, the clock is beautiful, setting it was easy, add batteries unless you want to reset every time the power flickers. Wish I could've kept it! Read more

The alarm clock is very small and after 7 seconds the clock light turns off to blackness until you hit the clock button again. It's more of an inconvenience than a benefit! Read more
