The base is plastic and cannot hold the weight of an iPad. The idea of this is great, but I had to change the 45W to at higher voltage because it was not fully charging my iPhone 16 Pro Max & Apple Watch Ultra overnight (not even to 50%). Because the base is so light, & I’m not able to keep my phone case connected, my iPhone phone fell off and cracked the back. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
