Failed to work ever. Never turned on or do anything more than be a cheap hardware store receptacle. It’s not only a waste of money but it’s a lot of money considering the camera part is less than 50 here on Amazon. There’s a reason none of the pictures in the listing show you the back because you wouldn’t JL have bought it otherwise. Seller strait blew off return request. Read more
First of I am not a very computer-savvy guy. The camera was pretty easy to set up. But I had some issues I did not understand. As instructed on their business card, I contacted the Company. The owner face-timed me and walked me through all I needed to know.. In the past, I have purchased cameras and could not get them to work right. Could not get any help. But this Company is different. Camera constantly goes off line, I have to take off the cover to reset, works for a couple of hours and then goes off line again. Item was returned to the seller that refuse to issue a refund. Don’t waste your money. Read more
