These CE Armor replacements appear to be of the same quality as the armor in my Tourmaster Intake jacket. While I have never crash tested my Tourmaster armor, it has never crumbled like the Joe Rocket CE Armor in my wife's and son's jackets. The rubber type armor JR uses is crap. I replaced it once before and it disintegrated again. Once in my son's and twice in my wife's jackets. So I bought this brand this time. These fit fine in both jackets, I bought two sets, and my wife said she liked the fit of the elbow/forearm better. Overall I think these replacements will do the job as well, if not better than the JR OEM or replacements. Read more

I've never worn armor before. I bought these to save a few bucks, and if I liked it I thought I might invest more later assuming cost here might equal quality. These are great! No need to upgrade. They fit in my HD jacket as if they were custom made. Read more

I have an original Honda VTX jacket. The padding in it started crumbling into small, stone-size pieces. I purchased the CE Hard Armor as the price was fair and I liked the idea of plastic to hold the padding in place - plus the additional durability. Put in the new pads last night and it feels good, fits good and I would buy again. Read more

These CE pads are substantial, well made, comfortable in my jacket and seems like it is much better protection for impact and sliding (should the road chew through my jacket), where as the soft armor, still good, but wouldn't last sliding too far. My intent is to NOT test them, but if I ever do, I am confident that these pads will work. I have two sets. I highly recommend these. Read more

I bought a second hand jacket for my wife and the pads were deteriorated. The jacket is a women’s XS, I had to squeeze these to stuff them into the pockets but once put into place they fit perfect and my wife said they were very comfortable. Read more

This armor fit perfectly into my Joe Rocket jacket (female) The pads did feel a bit snug to my body at first but have relaxed over time and I feel like I am more protected because of the plastic covering. It may be too snug for a big guy. The armor that came with the jacket literally fell apart into several pieces. It was scary and I was thankful I was never in an accident with them. Read more
