They work pretty well in terms of not leaking once positioned well. However they seem to have some sort of chemical in them as my eyes seem puffy after the eye bath which never happened with glass eye cups. It could be formaldehyde or something like that as I react to it with other things as well. Also suction is pretty strong and because eye tissues are very thin, leaves marks for a while.
