Fit a Total Miss... Fabric and Print 5 Stars!

I REALLY wanted to LOVE these! I ordered a Small, which fit quite oddly; they were tighter around the hips and booty (and I don't have a bubble butt). So I ordered the Medium - they were a little looser, not enough to be called a medium, but the crotch was longer and the length was longer!
