I purchased this product because of the thrusting feature, but unfortunately it turned out to be unsafe for me. The internal thrusting device appears to be housed directly beneath a very thin, stretchable outer layer with little to no protective cushioning or rigid enclosure. During use, the thrusting mechanism pinched internal tissue instead of moving smoothly, which caused immediate pain and resulted in bleeding. This was not a user-error issue; it felt like the internal hardware was shifting or pressing through the soft outer material rather than being properly isolated. Given where and how this product is intended to be used, the internal motor should be significantly better protected and stabilized. As designed, it poses a real risk of injury. I strongly recommend that potential buyers use extreme caution or avoid this product altogether until the manufacturer improves the internal construction and safety.
