The locks are for the wheel and the castor, that's really nice since its to be used for heavy weight. The wheels have bearings and lock nuts on the axels which are nice, but one wheel tends to be a bit gritty feeling. Speaking of gritty the castor bearings feel gritty. I would hope these last a long time given they are supposed to be heavy duty, but time and use will tell. All mounting hardware is included. These look like high quality parts. Read more
