I am 65 and have started the dreaded hair thinning and falling out every time I brush or even shampoo. It's very hard to go through so I sought out products to rectify or at least somewhat help me with this and then I found this. I read the reviews and I must say, I find the product to be soothing without negative side effects. It must be shaken for it to come out foamy and I see no problem there. The brush head makes application easy and more precise to the area you're working on. Of course with anything that has to do with our hair, things take time and consistency is key. The price is another factor that I was happy with. It's affordable enough for continued use. I recommend it but you'd have to try it out for yourself. Read more

I had been using this for probably almost a year, & while the results weren't earth shattering, it was helping with density. It was subtle, but it did help a little. So my most recent order, first off, it wasn't foaming. It came out just a straight liquid & dripped everywhere. But the worst part was that I developed a severe dermatitis, & I know it was caused by this, because I don't use this all over my head. Just in the areas I need it, & the dermatitis was only in those areas, along with on my forehead, which is because being that it wouldn't foam, it would drip down. It was red, inflamed, & huge flakes coming off my scalp. I had to discontinue it, & as a result, my hair thinned where I was applying it, not just by being off minoxidil, but also because of how inflamed my scalp was. And it took a little bit to clear up as well. I wound up switching to an oral minoxidil, & fortunately between that plus the inflammation finally clearing up, the hair is growing back. This is an unscented foam which contains 5% minoxidil suitable for men or women. You apply it twice a day. I used two pumps of the foam and applied it to my scalp. The product comes with a brush that you use to massage the foam in after you apply it. Very easy to use. I like the fact that it is unscented, it’s easy to apply the product and easy to get the product out of the container. It is shipped in a sealed box. Very good price, as well. This product causes my hair to be so greasy. I can't use this unless I plan on washing my hair in the morning, which kind of negates the idea of being consistent since I wash my hair every two to three days. On the plus side, it doesn't smell and is easy to use. It's also nice it has the scrubby thing on the tip to rub in the product. Read more

I just started using this foam and so far, I’m impressed. I have super sensitive skin and was honestly a bit worried about irritation, but this formula has been incredibly gentle. I haven't had any redness or itching. It's been a smooth, easy application and it feels really lightweight. The foam texture is great. It melts in quickly without feeling greasy or heavy. I can apply it in the morning and still style my hair as usual, which is a huge plus. I'm using it to help with postpartum hair loss, and I’m really excited to see how it works over time. The media could not be loaded. I started using this product April of 2024 specifically for the brush tip and the foam absorbed instantly leaving my hair looking natural. Fast forward to June 2025, towards the end of the bottle, the product stopped foaming and instead turned into a liquid, but I assumed it was due to almost being out. I ordered another one in July and it foamed for the first two weeks then it started leaking liquid and also noticed it was leaving my hair greasy. I ordered another one almost a week ago and it foamed for the first day and now it’s leaking liquid. Quality has gone down and does not feel like the same solution from a year ago. Read more
