I tried out this replacement head for our Oral B iO toothbrushes today. Here's the good: 1. You get 5 heads for about $25, which is an additional head at almost the same price as brand name -- unless you happen to get a good sale at somehwere like Costco, which is where we normally buy ours. 2. They are individually wrapped, which is nice for travel. 3. They include a head cover, which again is nice for travel. My criticisms: 1. The head is smaller than the OEM that we buy (see photo, my OEM has been in use about a week). 2. It doesn't come on and off as smoothly as the OEM, but it's definitely not a deal breaker and I didn't deduct for that. 3. I don't feel it cleans as well as OEM because it's stiffer and has that smaller surface area. YMMV, but that's my assessment after using it a couple times. Overall, I would have given it 4 stars if it was a significant cost savings over what we normally buy, but I don't feel it's a big enough value over the brand name that I can get personally. However, if you don't have access to deep discount pricing, it becomes a lot closer call between OEM and these. If money is tight, it may be worth your while to pick up a pack of these so you don't run out of heads! Read more

I purchased this 5-pack of replacement brush heads compatible with the Oral-B iO Series and I’m genuinely impressed. They fit my Oral-B iO toothbrush perfectl.....no issues with attachment or performance. What really stood out to me was the price: significantly more affordable than the name brand heads I usually buy and getting five in a pack means I’m set for months. That’s a huge win for both convenience and savings. The brush heads are slightly smaller than the originals but the difference is minimal and doesn’t affect their effectiveness. If anything, they feel a bit firmer, which I actually appreciate.....it gives a satisfying clean without being harsh on my gums. The quality feels solid and they’ve held up well after several uses. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s a smart, budget-friendly alternative that doesn’t compromise on comfort or cleaning power. I’ll definitely be buying these again and recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable replacement option for their Oral-B iO. Read more

I really wanted to love these, mostly because the brand-name iO heads are just so expensive. I was excited when I found this five-pack and decided to give it a try. When they arrived, I grabbed one and went to put it on my toothbrush. I did have to use a little more force than I expected; the fit is definitely much tighter than the original Oral-B heads. It wasn't a deal-breaker, it just made me a little nervous I might break something, but it did click into place. My main issue, though, came when I turned it on. The vibration just feels... different. It's weaker, and it doesn't seem to have that specific spinning or oscillating motion that the real ones do. It just kind of vibrates. Because of that, my teeth just don't feel as "deep cleaned" afterward. They're not terrible, and given the price, I can see why someone would get them. But for me, that powerful, clean feeling from the original heads is what I like about the toothbrush, and these just don't replicate it. Read more

Replacement heads are strong, durable like a name brand, and they work well with the Oral-B iO series. The bristles are similar to name brand, with just a little bit more coarseness to them. The Oral B iO toothbrush is a great upgrade from the regular toothbrush and does actually help keep teeth cleaner. You need to keep up on replacing the heads and these are great for it. Read more
As of right now there are two other reviews for these brush heads, both of which are 5 stars. With that said, I’ll admit that maybe I received a faulty pack. I’m not sure if the toothbrush side is the one with the magnet or if the magnet is on the brush side, or maybe they are both magnets. Either way, without that, the brush only vibrates a little bit but doesn’t move like the OEM one does. I looked inside and can see what they did to try to replicate the OEM movement. They have a plastic tip that protrudes a bit past where the magnet/metal should be. This piece going in and out makes the brush head move in a circular motion just like the OEM version. It works okay, but I personally don’t think it’s strong enough. I’m giving three stars because it does work as an old school tooth brush with these on (with a bit of vibration and circular movement mixed in as well). The actual quality of the brush head and bristles seems fine. Fitting the brush head on my tooth brush is tighter than the OEM version, which also doesn’t give you confidence when putting it on your tooth brush. If the brush heads are supposed to have the little magnet or piece of metal on the inside, then I’ll happily update my review. Until then, two stars it is unfortunately. Read more
as far as the value for the money, its a great price point as you're getting essentially five for the cost of one. the fit of these replacements are fine with the installation not as hard as i thought it would, or even removing it once you get the hang of it, but overall, i find that because of the cost, some corners were cut and one of the areas i felt that the corners were cut is the size of the head. as an adult, i am not used to a smaller brush head but for a child using an adult device, this is perfect for them. do they clean as well for an adult? i mean i feel like my teeth are clean but by the same token, i feel like i need to be much more mindful of it because the brushead is a tad smaller. something to keep in mind Read more
