When I saw this umbrella on a total stranger, I had to have one, so I asked her. She graciously told me the source. The rest is history. I bought two sets, totaling 10 umbrella hats for the grandkids, friends and myself. I can see using it when gardening to keep the hot sun from my neck where the hat doesn't cover, or to get smiles from everybody, or when carrying things in both arms during a drizzle.
