Nice and warm, dont ride down, come up higher on legs then some mother pairs I have which is good. I always clip notches in the elastic band at very top as I dont like them making a lineinto leg, but they stay up great just the same. Very pleased with these, never know what you will get when you cant see and feel them, but I think these are excellent, nice fine weave, good soft 70% merino wool mix. Pretty colors! I love these socks! Not only are the colors great, the fit is perfect! They keep my feet nice and warm, but not overly hot. The first thing I noticed when I put them on was how cozy they feel, no scratchiness at all, which is always my biggest concern with wool socks. They have just the right amount of cushioning in the heel and toe, and they keep my feet warm without making them sweaty. I’ve worn these around the house, running errands, and even outside in colder weather, and they stay comfortable the entire time. They don’t slide down, don’t bunch up, and still feel good after hours of wear. The material feels durable and well-made, not flimsy or cheap. One downside: they are on the thicker side, so if you’re wearing tighter-fitting shoes or boots, they can feel a little snug. Nice, soft comfortable. Not a s thick as some wool socks, and that is a positive. Not tight shoes. LOL. Time will tell how they hold up, but these seem very breathable and probably warm, we just aren't having much winter right now. So far, so good. I'll buy again. Read more
I totally love these socks! These fit true to size, they’re well made, soft and they’re just the right thickness. I’ve been looking for quality socks made with merino wool that keep my feet warm and I’ve paid a premium for high-end socks in the past like the brand Darn Tough socks which are well made but crazy expensive, in my quest for the perfect sock.
