I’ve been having lower back pain for awhile so I decided to give this a shot. The material is soft and comfortable to sleep with. I wish it was a little firmer but it definitely gets the job done and has helped me sleep straighter so my back doesn’t hurt. I've been using this knee pillow for about a week now and I can definitely say that I feel a difference. I've been using a body pillow for many years and the difference is huge. The memory foam bounces back quickly. It is so easy to use and place in different areas. I mostly place it between my knees, but sometimes it feels a little better a smidge higher up. It comes with a removable cover, so it will be easy to keep clean. The design of this knee pillow is perfect for my needs. It functions well and stays in place. I vacillated between this one and a pillow with a leg strap. I am so happy I chose this pillow. I think a leg strap would feel cumbersome and irritating. This pillow works well at alleviating pressure and keeping things aligned. My hip and lower back are hurting less when I get up in the morning. This pillow is definitely a good value for the cost. I can’t tell you how much I love this pillow! I’ve suffered from hip pain for a long time due to trochanteric bursitis. I was even using TWO toppers on the mattress for relief. I didn’t know that not having support in between the knees created more pressure on the ligaments. So I bought this little pillow and started using it every night. I adjusted to it immediately.
