So disappointed with the quality of this product Such a waste of money The lid does not fit. I sent pictures and the company did send another lid. However, that lid does not fit the tote either. I bought two totes both totes lids fo not fit securely. The second round of lids are the same defective as the first. I am extremely irritated that I have two large totes that basically are worthless. I’d rather have my money back I do not want two more lids - bc if they do not fit . I will be stuck with six that will have dispose of just like the two totes I previously bought. SMH . Frustrating Read more

Although the trash can works fine, it did not arrive with instructions on how to install the lid. After several people here attempted to install the lid with no success, I looked to return the trash can. Finally we found a code we had to scan with our phone with installation info. Why couldn't a piece of paper with these instructions have been included with the can? Read more

Absolute Worthless Piece of Crap

It's a piece of cheap junk that arrived wrapped in garbage bags with a really strong chemical smell. The lid is so twisted out of shape it doesn't close. The tires are about to fall off, so I won't be able to use it. If I put this out for garbage pickup it wouldn't survive. I'm asking for a refund and to have someone come and pick it up. They OWE me that much. Do the right thing and make this right with your customer. If you can't do that, you're not worth doing business with. In fact, maybe you shouldn't be in business at all.
