This chair is really comfortable and really solid. I like that it is tall enough to comfortably rest my head back.i like the rocking feature because it doesn’t go back too far and I don’t feel like I’m going to fall back. The instructions were small but we were able to put it together. Having said that, the product was missing two of the nuts that the bolt from the lumbar support adjustment screw into so I wasn’t able to attach it. While my husband recommended purchasing elsewhere, one of the reasons I specifically decided to purchase from here in addition to the good reviews about the chair was because of the reviews that specifically mentioned customer service. Since I work from home and this is an investment, I felt confident that if something happened, they would respond well. Customer service surpassed my expectations and was outstanding in the timeliness of their response as well as their resolution. I will definitely be purchasing from them again! Read more

I recently purchased this chair to upgrade from my old one, and it was delivered on time. Assembly was quick, took me about 20-25 minutes even without using any instructions. Upon completion, my initial impression was one of regality and elegance, it has leather covering that is wear resistance. The chair's comfort is particularly noteworthy, addressing my need for extended seating during long hours. It looks durable & it can handle high weight limits, leather is heavy-duty and a robust frame supported by a sturdy metal base capable of accommodating up to 500lbs. This makes it an ideal choice for individuals with a larger build. The chair is equipped with ergonomic lumbar support that can be easily adjusted to meet individual preferences. Its flexibility allows for forward or backward movement, which helps with spinal support, relieving back pressure, and comfort for extended periods of work, study, or gaming. The cushion is well padded which is crafted with thick foam, it adds to the overall comfort. It offers a 360° free swivel and a 3.94-inch adjustable height. To safeguard my floor, I use a floor mat to prevent any potential scratching from the wheels. This chair seamlessly combines style, durability, and comfort, making it a splendid addition to my workspace. Read more

UPDATE: I was reached out to by the company within 24 hours of my initial review posting. They were incredibly kind and wanted to make things right, which I found very surprising, as my initial review was 3/5 stars and not 1/5. My wife and I bought this chair at the same time, and I could tell something was off when we noticed her chair did not have the same issues mine had. After walking me through troubleshooting the issues, the company was willing to replace the chair. I thoroughly appreciate this kind of customer service, which seems to be a rarity nowadays. The new chair is defiantly a 5 star. I also want to note that the company has not asked me to edit my review, I just want to give credit where it is clearly due. Assembly was rather straightforward, and the chair is pretty nice for the first few weeks. But then it's flaws start to show. I'm having random pops and wobbles, the caps covering bolt holes pop off randomly, the seat starts to list or tilt slightly, even with re-tightening, and I just had the back support adjustment nob slide off like butter. Overall, the chair is alright, but probably not one that'll last a long time. Read more

UPDATE 10-6-25: The customer support team for this chair reached out to me and after some back and forth, they sent me a new chair to replace the defective one. Shipping was fast, and though I had to wait a couple weeks for my friend to be able to assemble it for me, the new chair is now assembled and I'm giving it a go. I will be back to update if anything happens to this new chair, but I have high hopes that it will be better. Thank you to the customer service team for their swift action. --- Original 1 Star Review: While this chair is beautiful, and seemed sturdy, one of the bolts holding the arm rest in place has failed and nothing I do will fix the issue. I've tried using welding putty to bolster the hold, but it simply will not stay attached. I tried different bolts, too, in case it was a stripped bolt; it seems that the portion the bolt screws into is the bit that is stripped instead. It makes the chair unstable to lean back since the arm rest is what attaches the back to the base of the chair, and unfortunately for this glaring flaw I must rate it poorly. It lasted less than two months. For the record I am near the weight capacity of the chair, but I do not exceed it, thus the chair should not be falling apart in less than two months. When you say it supports 500 lbs, you better back it up. Apparently this chair does not pass this metric. Comfy over all, seat could be a little wider, and it worked well until the bolt fixture gave out. Disappointed overall. Read more

We have had the chair several months and it still looks and acts new. My father is 6’2”, 210. It is designed to hold much more weight, and is stable, the up and down function is easily adjusted, the width is nice for anyone, especially one on the plus side. It is attractive, a cross between old world and modern. It doesn’t hurt his lower back thanks to adjusting lumbar support. It’s tall enough that his head can fall back when he “naps “. No neck pain. The best part for him is the depth of the seat. It’s deep enough that it doesn’t press on the nerves that make the legs weak. At 90, being able to confidently get out of a chair is a game changer.
