I am a very heavy snorer and I wear nasal strips just about every night. These ones work just as well as any other, and at a much, much better value. One thing to be aware of though, is these are extremely sticky. If I wash or rinse my face/nose before putting these on, they are very difficult to get off the next day. They definitely improve sleep quality for those that need them. I took off one star because there are ones identical to these that are black and have phrases on them like "praise Jesus" lol, but they work exactly the same and are a better value as they cost less per unit. These have a wide flap to cover the nose, which I wound up liking. I normally use the brand name nasal strips, to help with breathing while I'm sleeping. I have a deviated septum, and found nasal strip products help a little about 2 years ago. The shape of this fits my nose very comfortably and it spreads the tension out so it's less noticeable than other, thinner nasal strips. The adhesive hasn't irritated my skin at all, but it holds very strongly. So far, I have not had any of the edges start to peel overnight after about 2 weeks of use.
