I ordered these to help rehab (both of) my bad knees. I'm in a smaller town and the only gym is closed on weekends (how stupid is that?). I figured YouTube is free and I can run my own bootcamp in the convenience of my living room. It took an act of Congress to motivate me to get started, but of course, am now SO happy to be off my backside and active again. Now, I don't expect to ever be back to feeling 18 but these bands, along with tons of free online videos, have helped me regain control of a large part of how I feel and restored a general sense of feeling good every day, at least the days I work out. Working out in general has helped, but as far as the role of this specific purchase, the bands are wide enough they don't cut into you if you put them on correctly, and also, I love the quick reference wording on each to find them quickly during workouts ("Heavy", "X-Light", etc). Also, at least in the product I ordered, there was a little pamphlet that listed (words) and showed (pics) various exercises. When I first got started, I just did the exercises in the booklet and what's nice about bands is you can make it as spicy/mild of a workout as you'd like by simply using the different band strengths. It came with a nice little bag to put everything in for easy storage/travel, as well. Read more

Very nice set of bands, which are perfect for travel. I needed something that didn't take up too much space in my gym bag and these do the job just fine. Almost my entire life up until now (a male in his mid 30's) I've suffered from tight/ weak hips and needed something I could use to help strengthen and adapt my range of motion. So far these have been working out great, while offering a nice variety of resistance to choose from, depending on the workout regimen and strength output. It comes with a small drawstring bag, no bigger than a standard phone, that perfectly fits all of the bands as well as a small guide to help with techniques. Both my girlfriend and I have been enjoying this set at home and on the go. 100% something everyone should have with them as they offer a lot of benefits, especially for something so compact and simple. Other than that, not much else to say. These are a great set and so far they have been holding up quite well. In my experience I have had many elastic bands snap or break after some time/ normal use... but that's to be expected. However for the price, usability, compactness, and versatility, it can't be beat! Definitely worth giving these a try :) Read more

I was hoping to use these resistance bands for warm-up exercises for arms and legs, however due to them being small in size, I have been using these mainly for in-home leg workouts. The instruction manual demonstrates that you can use it for upper body workouts, but feel like they will snap when there's too much tension. Nonetheless, it does the job when performing squats, lateral leg raises, and hip thrusts. It comes with 5 levels ranging from X-light to X-heavy. It also comes with a small pouch that you can bring with you to the gym or office. Read more
This is a nice little kit of exercise bands. You receive five levels of resistance based on the thickness of the rubber. I like the suggested exercises in the little manual they supply and the bag is super convenient for travel. Just so anyone who is purchasing these may want to know — when in use, the bands do not stay flat; at least not for me. They bunch up but they still do the trick. The just don't look like the promotional images when in use. Read more
Used these resistance bands for the first time and love the resistance of the bands themselves in my workout. I use them for my butt workout and to make my squats routine a little more interesting. I also love these for my leg and arm routine. These are portable, small in size and come with a black portable flexible case to take with you or just to store before your next workout! Read more
I use this set every single week at the gym! It works excellent. Great quality bands. No breakdown issues. They function great, the resistance isn't too intense or too light. I always use the xtra heavy band because I use these for my leg workouts and my legs are super strong but I've tested the other bands out as well and they're excellent. They come in their own small drawstring bag that you can easily throw into your gym bag. Great for hitting your new years goals or as a gift for the gym buff in your life Read more
Good supplement set. Should not be your first resistance band purchase unless you're rehabbing knees. These are small. Description calls them, "mini." They are 12.5" long when lying flat. They feel tight and strong and stay in place around my shoes, legs, etc., instead of rolling up. I like that. These loops are good for knees and ankles but limited for arms. You have to be creative using small movements to get the resistance you want. The model who is lifting her leg while lying down is using the Extra Light stretch one. Notice all models doing a wider stretch are using Extra Light. Too light to give me any real resistance and the next weight up too tight for wide movement. Most of them can't be pulled easily across my chest, either. Most of the product pictures seem accurate but I have serious doubts about the seated gal pulling the red Heavy one so far. I use these with my set on long bands, not looped. Glad to have them. Gave 4 **** because they are not as versatile as you might think. Read more
