My main phone charger broke when the tip bent, which meant I wasn't able to charge up my phone. The five colorful cables are durable, long, and are reliable. I think having backup options is important for two reasons: if you ever need a backup charger for any reason, and if one of the five colors is your favorite aesthetically, acquiring these for a good price is a must. Not only that, the customer service was friendly as well; I had a representative named Claire ask if I was happy with the cables, and well, I couldn't be more happy. If I know anyone that is in need of a USB-C charger for any reason, I will be able to make sure to send them to FiveBox; I have to send anyone I know to this page if they ever need a USB-C cable. I am not only genuinely surprised and happy with the customer service I received, but I'm also happy with my five USB-C cables; to sum it up, the cables are durable, long, reliable and colorful. So bought these April of 2019. For the most part of say 3 out of 5 worked really well. Eventually as time went on the started to say slow charging. Some would say there was moisture in the cord ,( when we first open it thought it was the phone tried on 4 other phoness). So it left me with 4/5. Gave 1 away in. So 3/5- as time went on every phone would begin saying slowly charging which could of been the wires were wearing out about 3 months after using it. 2/5 also says slowly charging. Just let it charge overnight and it works. And 1/5 works perfect but I didnt use it till about June as my permanent phone charger. Keep in mind these do get thrown into my purse so some ot it could if been me. And I'm constantly on my phone when it charges which effects them as well But they work well with fast charger and for 12 bucks for 3 of them to work was pretty decent. They work well since I just placed another order for them. I like them The length is convenient. My favorite part and I love the style of em. So they work with a few issues. I ordered these chargers back in June and forgot to give it a review, so here it is. These chargers work great! It charges my phone fast and I love the variety of colors! I already used the blue and the green ones and now I'm using the silver one! Each chargers last about 4-6 months. I have been using them since June and now it's November and they're still going strong 5 months since I purchased them! They're very durable and sturdy! Great chargers at a great price!
